Pie in the Sky

the story:

housed in a small area next to an art gallery is a magical place called pie in the sky. here you will find specialty pies, pastries, hot chocolates, cakes and a whole array of confectionary delights. it is run by one woman who makes everything from scratch. here name is andrea and she used to be a lawyer. then one day she hit her head very hard and couldn't read for a week. after recovering she started to notice all the loopholes which prevade legal writing. she decided she didn't like practicing law anymore so she decided to make pie. she branched out to other culinary treats once her business took off and now she is quite popular both among locals and visitors.

we go here at least once a week to indulge in whatever inspirations she has cooked up for that day. she even made our king cake for mardi gras as well as a delectible tiramisu for valentine's day, we love her, she makes us so happy:) plus, don't you just love her chef hat, it is quite fitting with her personality.
